Lean Angels Bus Services Disclaimer

  • Subject to Part VA of the Road Traffic Act [13:11], all persons entering a Lean Angels bus and/or property owned or controlled by Lean Angels do so at their own risk.
  • Lean Angels Bus Services does not provide general insurance cover for passenger property and luggage unless expressly stipulated under the Road Motor Transportation Act [Chapter 13:10].
  • Lean Angels, its directors, officers, employees, servants or agents shall not be liable for loss, injury, loss of life or damage arising out of conveyance or non-conveyance of passengers or property, whether accompanied or unaccompanied.
  • Legal steps based on any misinterpretation of this disclaimer shall not be deemed to constitute legal notice to the company where notice is required by law.

Luggage responsibility

Passengers remain responsible for all belongings brought onboard, including items stored in the side carriage, such as luggage, electronics and valuables.

Applicable law

This disclaimer remains subject to the laws and regulations governing passenger transportation in Zimbabwe, including the Road Traffic Act and Road Motor Transportation Act.
