• Subject to Part VA of the Road Traffic Act [13:11], all persons entering a Lean Angels bus services and/or property owned by Lean Angels bus services or under its control do so entirely AT THEIR OWN RISK.
• Lean Angels Bus Services does not provide general insurance cover for property and luggage of its passengers. Insurance shall only be expressly stipulated in terms of the Road Motor Transportation Act [Chapter 13:10].
• Lean Angels, its Directors, Officers, Employees, Servants or Agents shall not be liable (whether in contract or delict) in any way whatsoever for loss, injury, loss of life, or damage of whatever nature and howsoever caused, whether or not caused by the negligence of Lean Angels Bus Services, its Directors, Officers, Employees, Servants or Agents, arising out of or connected in any way to the conveyance or non-conveyance by Lean Angels Bus Services of any passenger or any person or of the property of any person whether such property is accompanied by a passenger or not.
• Legal steps taken on the basis of any misinterpretation of this disclaimer shall in no way be deemed to constitute legal notice to Lean Angels Bus Services or any of its agencies, officers, employees, agents or representatives, with respect to any existing or potential claim or cause of action against the company or any of its agencies, officers, employees, agents or representatives, where notice to the company is required by any laws, rules, or regulations.

This disclaimer is subject to the laws and regulations governing the transportation of passengers in Zimbabwe, including the Road Traffic Act and the Road Motor Transportation Act. Passengers should review their rights and options under these laws.

Passengers are responsible for all belongings brought onboard including those stored in the side carriage. This includes those stored in the side carriage. This includes luggage, electronics(laptops, tablets etc), personal items and valuables. The company assumes no liability for lost, damaged or stolen items left in the side carriage. We recommend keeping valuables with you for the duration of your trip.
